2024 APGA Annual Conference Registration is Open

Join APGA this July 28-31 for our 2024 Annual Conference in Traverse City, MI! Thought-provoking education sessions, game-changing ideas, and practical solutions are just three of the many things you will take away from this event.
 
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION
The registration fee through July 12 is $995 for publicly-owned gas utilities that are APGA members or $1,095 for publicly-owned gas utilities that are not APGA members. The registration fee through July 12 for gas industry attendees is $1,395 per person. After July 12, the registration rates will increase by $50. Events with fees in addition to the registration fee include the golf tournament at $150 per person and additional guests at the Chairman's Reception and Dinner at $100 per person. Reception and dinner for two is included in the registration fee. Children under 12 can receive a child’s plate at no additional cost. Register at www.apga.org/annualconference/register.

The 2024 APGA Annual Conference is the largest gathering of the nation’s key decision-makers in the municipal gas industry where municipal gas executives gather for educational sessions with top-notch speakers, networking, and product shopping. Plan to exhibit at the 2024 APGA Annual Conference to make valuable contacts and develop relationships. Booth space and registration for one attendee is $1,295 and $995 for additional exhibitor attendees through July 12, and the fees will increase by $50 after July 12. LOCATION
The APGA Annual Conference location will be in Traverse City, MI! Go to www.apga.org/annualconference/location for the host hotel, room block, things to do in Traverse City, and more! The cut-off date for making hotel reservations is July 5th but the room block is almost sold out with limited availability. You can request to be added to a waitlist for a room when one comes available by contacting Sheila Deringis at sderingis@apga.org The APGA Group Rate at our host hotel is available through July 5 with the rates of $240.05 per night (plus $18.95 resort fee and state & local taxes) for standard guest room; $310.05 per night (plus $18.95 resort fee and state & local taxes) for tower guestroom.
