Attendee Registration

Join hundreds of your publicly-owned and community-owned natural gas utility colleagues and natural gas industry professionals from across the country for four days of networking at the APGA Annual Conference. Thought provoking education sessions, game-changing ideas, and practical solutions are just three of the many things you’ll take away from the APGA Annual Conference.

Online Registration Instructions for Attendees: You will need an APGA login to register online. If you are registering multiple people from your system or company online, please choose GROUP REGISTRATION and select the attendee option per person. If you are registering a family member to attend the social events (receptions) who will not the conference's educational sessions, please register them as a guest (spouse/family).

Additional Registration Options Fees

  • Reception & Dinner: The Tuesday, July 22, reception & dinner for two is included in the registration fee. If more than two people will attend the reception & dinner, the cost for each additional person is $100. A child’s plate may be requested for children 12 and under at no additional charge.
  • Golf Tournament: Attendees can choose one of the following options to participate in the Sunday, July 20, Golf Tournament at $250/person.

Exhibitor Registration

Plan to exhibit at the APGA Annual Conference to make valuable contacts and develop relationships. This is the premier annual event for more than 300 municipal gas executives to gather for educational sessions with top-notch speakers and networking. Make sure your company's products and services are displayed at your booth for these key decision makers in the municipal gas industry.

Online Registration Instructions for Exhibitors: If you are an exhibitor registering multiple people online to staff your booth, please first register one person at the Exhibitor Booth price which includes registration for one person, and each additional person beyond one person at the Exhibitor Additional Attendee price. Sponsorships can be added during the registration process. If you are registering a family member to attend only the social events (receptions), please register them as a guest. Guests cannot attend sessions or be additional exhibitor staff at your booth.
