The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) anticipates posting its 2024 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) imminently at www.grants.gov. Public gas system will only have six weeks to apply to the 2024 NOFO. The 2024 application will mirror the 2023 application with a few small changes. PHMSA is hosting a webinar on Monday May 7 at 2:00 PM ET on the 2024 NOFO. You can register for PHMSA’s webinar here. PHMSA is welcoming questions in advance of the webinar. Please email your questions to PHMSAPipelineBILGrant@dot.gov. Following the conclusion of the webinar, the presentation slides will be posted on the PHMSA website, Natural Gas Distribution Infrastructure Safety and Modernization (NGDISM) Grant and will be linked from APGA’s NGDISM Resource Page.
