March 27 - The American Public Gas Association (APGA) and Process Gas Consumers Group (PGC) urged the Chairmen and Ranking Members of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the House Committee on Energy and Commerce to review the recently released Natural Gas Supply Association (NGSA) study, which found that interstate natural gas pipelines overcharged consumers by $3 billion from 2009 to 2013. The letter urges Congress to address this over-recovery by passing legislation to reform Section 5 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA).
