Joshua St.Pierre joined APGA in May of 2023 and serves as the association’s Manager of Legislative Affairs. Joshua is passionate about advocating for sensible, effective energy policy and ensuring that the voices of APGA’s 700+ member companies are heard in DC and across the country. He currently works on the Direct-Use Task Group, the Security Task Group, and the Legislative Subcommittee.
Joshua was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and earned a degree in International Affairs from the University of Cincinnati. During his time in Cincinnati, he held positions on multiple, local political campaigns, gaining experience in grassroots mobilization and coalition building. Joshua moved to Washington, DC in 2021, joining the team at a firm specializing in advocacy campaigns primarily for public health-focused groups. He supported efforts to advance policy priorities across 11+ states mainly located in the Southeast and Midwest.
Joshua currently lives in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of DC and spends most of his free time either exploring the District’s parks or grabbing food with friends.
