Congratulations once again to all the recipients of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s (PHMSA) Natural Gas Distribution Infrastructure and Safety Modernization (NGDISM) grant! PHMSA will hold an on-boarding webinar for fiscal year 2024 NGDISM awardees on December 11 about updating points of contacts, next steps, and more. APGA remains committed to providing venues to aid in your grant execution success. APGA will host a series of roundtables in 2025 for you to hear recommendations from 2022 & 2023 winners on how to best navigate the path to grant execution agreement, cross share with each other on information you’ve learned from your PHMSA project specialist, and inform APGA on areas where we can be of assistance.

These roundtables will be held bi-monthly on Thursdays and each roundtable will focus on a specific topic. The schedule will be:

• Thursday January 16, 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET: Getting Started / Tier 2 Environmental Assessments

• Thursday March 13, 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET: Build America, Buy America Compliance

• Thursday May 22, 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET: Documentation & Recordkeeping

• Thursday July 17, 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET: PHMSA Progress Reporting

• Thursday September 25, 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET: Topic TBD

• Thursday November 13, 2:00 – 3:00 PM ET: Topic TBD

These roundtables are open to all APGA members and all recipients of the NGDISM program regardless of the year awarded. APGA members can register for these roundtables at www.apga.org/webinars (login required), and non-APGA member utility grant recipient winners should email info@apga.org to register or need a login to register. Please register for each individual session that you plan to attend.
