On May 27th, American Public Gas Association (APGA), American Gas Association (AGA), and National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) submitted comments in response to the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Request for Comment regarding the Furnace and Commercial Gas Water Heater Rules. Also attached is a letter by organizations, which represent a variety of diverse stakeholder interests, that sent in support of extending the compliance deadline for the aforementioned rules.
