Industry comments for “Addressing Inspection of Operators’ Plans to Eliminate Hazardous Leaks, Minimize Releases of Methane & Remediate / Replace Leak Prone Pipe.” with some of the biggest concerns. Including:

1. PHMSA should clearly delineate which questions are intended only for data gathering
2. Operators may require additional time to address the proposed protocol questions
3. How PHMSA should treat LUAF as a part of this larger discussion, and
4. PHMSA should ensure new protocols and regulations are not duplicative of existing measures
