On June 2, 2025, APGA, along with the American Gas Association (AGA) and National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), submitted joint comments in response to the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Request for Information (RFI) on the Process Rule. The Process Rule sets the procedures DOE must follow when developing minimum appliance efficiency standards.
