On September 2, APGA, along with the American Gas Association (AGA) and the Northeast Gas Association (NGA), submitted joint comments to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) on its proposed change to the requirements for subsequent atmospheric corrosion (AC) checks when evidence of AC is found.
