Regulatory Submissions

On July 15,  APGA jointly submitted a request for clarification to the Department of Energy (DOE) regarding its proposed rule to rescind certain design standards for gas cooking tops and conventional ovens. The joint filing seeks clarification on which products the proposed rescission applies to, as the rule appears to remove the design standard only for portable gas cooktops, not conventional ones. APGA filed jointly with the American Gas Association and the National Propane Gas Association.
