APGA joined an industry coalition in the submission of comments to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s (PHMSA) Class Location Changes Proposed Rule. Since the promulgation of the Gas Transmission Integrity Management Rule, transmission pipeline operators have been advocating for a change to the regulations associated with Class Location changes.
