On June 18, 2026, APGA signed on to the Coalition for Derivatives End-Users letter regarding the Basel III Endgame Re-Proposal. This re-proposal reflects changes that were made to the original proposal in response to public comments, including a letter from the Coalition. While some of the Coalition’s 2023 recommendations were incorporated, additional concerns remain that would need to be addressed in order to avoid negative impacts on end-users.
