On September 28, APGA’s Assistant General Counsel, Renée Lani, presented at the Veriforce Fall Client Conference in the Woodlands, TX. Attendees recieved an update on the numerous activities underway in Washington, D.C., how they may impact their day-to-day businesses, and what type of advocacy work APGA staff are undertaking. Topics included engaging with the Department of Energy on appliance efficiency standards rulemakings, Section 5 reform legislation, and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration's (PHMSA) Pipeline Safety & Modernization Grant Program.
