RF Invites APGA Members to Become 2025 Contributors

The APGA Research Foundation (RF) invites you to contribute in 2025 and impact natural gas industry research, development, and commercialization efforts. RF partners with GTI Energy (operations, end-use, and emerging technology) and the Energy Solutions Center with contributors getting the opportunity to vote on specific projects throughout the year.

A few project categories include:

Employee training and education
Damage prevention tools
Methane mitigation tools
Indoor air quality studies
Improved appliance efficiency (residential and commercial)
Gas heat pump technology (water and air heating)
Combined heat and power units
Carbon capture
Dual fuel heating systems

The 2025 APGA member dues invoice was recently sent out and includes an RF contribution section that you can fill in, or a link to the 2025 pledge form can be found here. The recommended contribution amount for the RF is $.01/dekatherm annual natural gas throughput or about $1/customer/year, but the RF will gladly accept whatever amount your system decides to provide.
