The next APGA Research Foundation (RF) board meeting will take place on October 23 during the APGA Fall Board and Committee meetings. This is an in-person meeting and will include reports on various RF funded projects from Dennis Jarnecke, GTI Energy, and other RF/GTI Energy and Energy Solutions Center (ESC) representatives. Conference attendees are welcome to attend even if they haven’t contributed to the RF.
Current research and development projects include damage prevention tools, operations training and education tools, indoor air quality research, methane mitigation projects, gas heat pump technology development and commercialization, research on the impacts of mixed fuels on operations and end-use infrastructure, direct-use commercial and residential gas appliances, natural gas vehicles, and more.
Questions are welcome during the meeting. The APGA RF contributes to GTI Energy Operations Development Technology (OTD), Utilization Development Technology (UTD), and the Emerging Technologies Program (ETP), as well as the Energy Solutions Center.
