APGA’s Member Tour is back! APGA plans to hold this event every year in different locations. This year’s tour will have three stops in Tennessee in June, and then three stops in Alabama and Georgia in September.

The member tour briefings all run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and lunch is provided. The briefings will feature presentations from APGA’s President & CEO Dave Schryver, APGA’s Vice President of Operations & Safety Erin Kurilla, and APGA's Vice President of Government Affairs Stuart Saulters.

APGA staff will provide an overview of APGA activities and highlight specific advocacy and operational issues of importance to public natural gas systems such as pipeline safety and energy issues at the federal level and how that affects the community-owned natural gas industry.

APGA strongly encourages member system representatives to both attend and bring along utility board members who want to better understand the value delivered by APGA. These briefings offer members, especially those on a limited travel budget an update on APGA activities, an opportunity to offer suggestions directly to APGA staff, and participation in a roundtable with other members and staff. There is no cost to attend a Member Tour event, but attendees should still register to get an accurate headcount.
