This week, the Western Regional Gas Conference was held virtually by the Western Regional Gas Association. Erin Kurilla, APGA Vice President of Operations & Safety, spoke about APGA’s Perspectives on Pipeline Safety Management Systems (PSMS) for Smaller Operators. Erin shared how APGA members are putting PSMS principles into place to improve their system, operations, and safety cultures. Other speakers included Alan Mayberry, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) Associate Administrator, Alex Colletti from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), and APGA Board Member, Steve Allen, from Energy World Net.

Several other APGA members were in attendance and APGA looks forward to joining the conference again next year.
