APGA would like to congratulate the 2021 APGA System Operational Achievement Recognition (SOAR) program winners. SOAR honors APGA member systems that demonstrate commitments to excellence in four areas: system integrity, system improvement, workforce development, and employee safety. SOAR applicants are awarded a rating based on a total cumulative score of points achieved from the program criteria. The criteria were greatly revised in 2021 to align with the evolution of our industry on safety management systems, renewed focus on safety culture, and the importance of integrity management programs.

SOAR applications are accepted from January to March of each year. All APGA member systems are encouraged to participate.
