Board & Committee Meetings: Jan 29 – Feb 1



The APGA Board and Committee Meetings is a quarterly event, and the Winter 2023 event will take place January 29 – February 1 at the Park Phoenix Hotel in Washington, D.C.

APGA's most important work is performed through committees, subcommittees, and task forces comprised of volunteer APGA members, and they meet in-person four times a year.

Attendees will get to hear and participate in:

  • APGA Board of Directors meeting
  • Various committee meetings Monday & Tuesday
  • Receive updates on public gas utility issues and meet with your federal congressional representatives to advance APGA's advocacy priorities
  • Legislative Summit reception

There is no fee to attend these meetings but please register so that we may plan accordingly.

Who Should Attend

APGA members who serve on the Board of Directors and various committees & taskforces. All APGA members are welcome to attend the committee meetings, except where noted it is a closed meeting.

The deadline date to make a reservation is Thursday, December 29, 2022.   Reservation requests received after this deadline date will be subject to availability and prevailing rate.

Individual cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night's room plus tax charge to credit card provided. Please obtain a cancellation # when doing so. Also, a charge of one night's room and tax will also be applicable to any guest who amends an existing reservation at the point of check in. To avoid any additional fees, we ask that you please reiterate arrival and departure dates to your attendees.
