Fall Board & Committee Meetings: October 20-22 

The APGA Board and Committee Meetings are quarterly events for members who serve on the Board of Directors and various committees & taskforces.

There is no cost to attend the APGA Board & Committee Meetings. You can also add the Operations Conference while registering for the Fall Board & Committee Meetings.

Online Registration Instructions for Attendees: You will need an APGA login to register online. When you start the registration form, please select the 'Attendee' option. On Step 4 of the registration form, please select the sessions you will be attending. To add the October 22-24 Operations Conference to your Fall Board & Committee Meetings registration, please select the 2024 Operations Conference session. 

If you are registering multiple people from your system or company online, please choose GROUP REGISTRATION and select the attendee option per person. If you are registering a family member to attend the social events (receptions) and not event sessions, please register them as a guest.

Attendee Registration

The APGA Operations Conference is an annual event for the public gas utility industry that dives deep into the technical aspects of running a gas utility. If you wish to attend only the Operations Conference and not the Fall Board & Committee Meetings, please only select the Operations Conference session when registering.

APGA Members (Utilities, Associates, JAA)

$625 Early Bird Rate Until September 27

$675 Regular Rate After September 27

Non-APGA Member Publicly Owned Utility 

$875 Early Bird Rate Until September 27

Exhibitor Registration

Booth space for the 2024 Operations Conference is now sold out! However, currently registered 2024 APGA Operations Conference exhibitors can still add additional attendees at $625 per person for APGA members at the early bird registration fee until September 27 and then will increase to $675 per person. Please save the date of October 21-23 for the 2025 Operations Conference in Charlotte, N.C., and contact Sheila Deringis at sderingis@apga.org for any additional questions.

If you are an exhibitor registering additional people to staff your booth, please choose GROUP REGISTRATION and register each additional person at the 'Exhibitor: Additional Attendee' price. If you are registering a family member to attend the social events (receptions), please register them as a guest. Guests cannot attend sessions or be additional exhibitor staff.

If you register a person at the Additional Attendee rate but no one from your company is already registered at the 'Exhibitor: Booth Space' rate, please note that you will not be registered as an attendee but not as an exhibitor nor will you have booth space reserved for your company

Sponsorships can be purchased during the registration process. 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorships directly contribute to the success of the conference and help keep registration fees at reasonable rates for attendees.  As a sponsor, your company will be recognized in the Operations Conference program and website, as well as throughout the conference via signage and announcements. Sponsors gain key exposure to many of America's top gas utility operations professionals, all gathered in one place.
