APGA is here to help you get online! We understand there may be technical issues when you try to join a webinar session. Please review the information below, and email info@apga.org if you need additional assistance.


Joining the Sessions

You will receive a reminder email and a Zoom confirmation email with your unique login link one hour before each session starts. Follow the instructions on that Zoom confirmation email to access the day's sessions. You have been pre-registered for the sessions based on your initial registration selections.

Adding More Sessions

You can still join sessions even if you did not select them during your initial registration. Please email info@apga.org to add any sessions or go to www.apga.org/springevent/sessions to pre-register or join a session that is in progress. Note: Only registered attendees will be able to view the upcoming sessions. 

APGA Program & Schedule

The 2021 APGA Marketing & Policy Conference and Gas Supply Conference will take place April 28-May 6. You can view the full program packet here (please log in to view) that includes speaker biographies, sessions-at-a-glance, and more.  You can also view the session schedule online on the APGA's Marketing & Policy Conference and Gas Supply Conference webpages. Bookmark these links for easy access. 

The Marketing & Policy Conference start will on April 28 at 10 a.m. ET and the Gas Supply Conference will start on April 28 at 2 p.m. ET.  The Marketing & Policy Conference sessions will be in two-hour blocks during the mornings of April 28-May 6 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, while the Gas Supply Conference will run in two-hour blocks in the afternoons. Session recordings will be available to attendees.

Webinar Platform 

The 2021 APGA Marketing & Policy Conference and Gas Supply Conference will be on the Zoom Meeting platform. You can join Zoom through your desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, or browser.  If you plan to view the sessions on a mobile device, please download the Zoom App from the Apple or Play Store.  If you have questions about how to join a Zoom meeting, this article has helpful information https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-meeting or email info@apga.org.

How to Participate

Attendees will join each session muted. We encourage you to unmute to ask questions. You can also chat your questions to APGA staff to be answered by the presenter. We also encourage you to turn on your webcam to put a face to the name.

Anti-Trust Warning

Please refrain from discussing utility pricing & rates during this conference. While most members of APGA are not direct competitors of each other, but some may be (e.g., for new load and for gas supply), and it is important for members to recognize as much.

Any kind of agreement or understanding between or among competitors, formal or informal, oral or written, express or implied, regarding prices, terms or conditions of sale, volume of production, limitation of territories, or division or allocation of customers or product markets is illegal under the Sherman Act. 

Presentation Materials

Once the sessions are over, you will be able to find all presentation materials and session recordings in the 2021 APGA Marketing & Policy Conference and Gas Supply Conference Community's library tab. If a session was recorded, we will be posting the videos in the community. Please visit the conference community at www.apga.org/springevent/community
