2025 APGA Spring Conference: May 6-7

Join APGA for our 2025 Spring Conference on May 6-7 in Portland, ME, which will follow the May 4-6 Board Meeting & Strategic Planning session! The familiar content from past spring events on gas supply and communications will be offered with the addition of content on leadership and governance.  Spring Conference attendees can choose any session from these three tracks that aligns best with their professional goals:    

  • Gas Supply Track: The gas supply sessions will offer a comprehensive look at market trends, the outlook for natural gas supply, and key factors shaping the supply landscape. Attendees will also gain valuable insights into best practices for effective gas supply management.
  • Communications Track: The communications sessions will be set up as roundtables and panels to engage attendees in interactive discussions on issues and topics such as crisis communications, policy & advocacy, internal communications, community engagement, sustainability efforts, and more.
  • Leadership & Governance Track: The leadership and governance sessions will provide training for leaders within the public gas utility industry. Attendees will learn about governance best practices pertaining to the structure, roles, and processes of a utility.

Important information when registering as an attendee: You will need an APGA login to register online. To register for the Spring Conference, please select the 2025 Spring Conference session when you are prompted to choose your sessions. You are welcome to attend the Strategic Planning sessions beforehand, but it is not required. When you start the registration form, you will be asked to choose a primary focus for the Spring Conference (Gas Supply, Communications, or Governance & Leadership) to help us plan appropriately.

If you are registering multiple people from your system or company online, please choose GROUP REGISTRATION and select the attendee option per person. If you are registering a family member to attend the social events (receptions) and not event sessions, please register them as a guest.

Everyone is welcome to attend! Topics will be relevant to natural gas utility professionals who: 

  • must keep up to date on natural gas supply issues and its current market changes and challenges,  
  • are looking to sharpen their communications skills and find information about industry marketing trends & best practices,  
  • are interested in diving deep into a public gas system's structure and discussing management and leadership within the industry.
