Today, APGA launched a website redesign of www.apga.org! The site has a fresh new look, a more personalized experience, and makes APGA's resources easier to find.
Our new homepage will feature general information about APGA, our membership information, and upcoming events to website visitors. However, when an APGA member logs in, they will be greeted with a personalized dashboard welcoming them by name along with options to update their information, engage in the APGA Community, and find APGA resources and upcoming events. On their dashboard, members will see quick links to community activity, buttons to encourage engagement, and a recent announcement from APGA. Underneath your personalized dashboard, APGA members will see the most recent discussions from their communities, upcoming events, and quick links to APGA resources.
Below your dashboard and community activity, there is a new section featuring APGA resources. Our goal was to make it easier to find and access APGA member tools, studies, and materials. If you click on TOOLS in the upper right-hand area, you will be able to quickly access APGA tools like our Benchmarking Tool, GHC Monitoring Plan Model, and Subpart W Calculator. If you click on STUDIES, you can access APGA whitepapers and other studies. If you click on MATERIALS, you will be able to jump to resources like APGA’s Did You Know? Series, our webinars library, and policy resolutions.
One of the most common actions on our website is to use the SEARCH bar to try and find a specific resource, article, or program. APGA has made searching easier for our members by having a search bar at the top and the bottom of our website. There is also a new look and feel to the search functionality. You will now see streamlined search filter options to help you refine searching on APGA's website.
Last year, the APGA Community website and main www.apga.org website were combined into a single web property to streamline digital resources for members. There have been various functionality upgrades throughout this year 2021 like upgrades to the communities’ library interface to make our website easier for members to use. APGA is excited to debut this new website design to make it easier for members to find APGA resources, and we hope you enjoy the new look and feel!
