HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 2009 WESTERN REGIONAL GAS CONFERENCE AS A DELEGATE OR VENDOR:

Visa/MasterCard/AmEx registrations must be completed online for delgates here and vendors here. You must choose the option NEW CUSTOMER when registering for this event for the first time.  You may register multiple people with one payment.

PAYMENT
Payment by check or credit card is due in full prior to the start of the conference.

CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
The AUG is a non-profit, educational group.  (For Delegates) All cancellations must be made in writing and received before July 24, 2009 will be refunded less a $100 handling fee; (For Vendors) Due to hotel commitments, all cancellations must be made in writing and received before July 24, 2009 will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Cancellations received after July 24, 2009 will not be refunded, and the full invoice fee will be payable regardless of whether you attend the event or not.  Substitutions may be made at any time.  All refunds will be processed by check after the conference concludes.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Fees do not include accommodations.  The conference will be held at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel and Conference Center, 60 East 5th Street, Tempe, Arizona 85281.  Phone: (480) 894-1400 or (800) 547-8705.  Check it out at www.missionpalms.com .

Note: *Vendor display fee includes one 8’ x 6’ display area with a table top display area approx. 6 ft. x 30 inches.  Vendor signs, chairs, display board back tables, table drapes and 110-volt power are also provided. Internet connections, special lighting needs and other special requirements are available at an extra cost.  Vendors are responsible for all shipping and handling costs (the hotel will charge for these items depending on size of display, shipper used, etc.)
