About the Operations Conference

The APGA Operations conference is an annual event, and the 2017 edition will take place at the Chattanogan Hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee, November 13-15. It will feature speakers and panels of experts on topics such as integrity management, regulatory compliance, research and development, and new technology. The conference will also include an exposition of the latest in products and services for natural gas distribution operations. 

Attendees will get to hear and participate in:

  • Roundtable discussions with your utility peers
  • Breakout sessions on specified safety topics
  • Updates on safety regulations
  • Vendor exhibits to view the latest products and services
  • Engineering continuing education credits (CEUs)

The 2016 APGA Operations Conference attracted over 200 industry professionals to participate in 2 full days of technical presentations and an equipment and services exhibit. The 2017 conference should be even bigger. The conference provides 16 continuing education credits required by many states to maintain professional engineering licensure.

Target Audience: Natural gas utility operations and engineering professionals, gas utility procurement personnel, organizations providing products and/or services used in natural gas distribution, state and federal pipeline safety regulators.
