George Luke George Luke is the manager of the Nixon Power Plant of the Colorado Springs Utilities. Previously, he was director of the Colorado Springs Utilities Gas Department. Before that, Luke was manager of the gas department's planning and accounting division. He has worked for Colorado Springs Utilities since 1986. |
