Jeff Tuttle

Jeff Tuttle was named Vice President, Gas Business Unit, for CPS Energy in December, 2005. Tuttle joined the San Antonio, TX municipality in 2002 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining CPS Energy, he worked for Consumers Energy and CMS Energy in Michigan for 19 years.

As an Indiana native, Tuttle holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana and a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN.

Tuttle serves on the Boards for American Public Gas Association (APGA) and the Energy Solutions Center (ESC), is Chairman of the Regulatory Committee for APGA, sits on the Executive Committee for Southern Gas Association (SGA), and is a member of the Society of Human Resources.

As a certified scientific diver, Tuttle participates in the Texas State University, Aquarena Springs volunteer diving program (San Marcos, Texas) by maintaining pristine conditions in the protected natural springs, and he holds several diving certifications. Tuttle, his wife, and two daughters reside in San Antonio, TX.
