Darla S. Stark

Darla S. Stark is Vice President of Regulatory Compliance & Energy Services with Magnolia River Services.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Darla received a Masters of Science degree in Hazardous Waste and Environmental Management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Darla played a key role in the development and implementation of ISNetworld, ISN Software Corporation’s flagship product. While working at ISN, Darla acted as the liaison to the American Petroleum Institute (API) Consortium on Operator Qualification (COOQ’s) group which was made up of 55 of the world’s largest Oil and Gas companies. She was then Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Business Development for ENERGY worldnet, Inc.

Darla actively participates in industry associations, consortiums and organizations that serve the industry. Through her participation in various industry groups, Darla is directly involved with regulatory compliance issues and industry best practices.

Darla is an active member of the American Public Gas Association (APGA), American Gas Association (AGA), Southern Gas Association (SGA), Alabama Natural Gas Association (ANGA), Texas Gas Association (TGA) Western Regional Gas Conference, Florida Natural Gas Association (FNGA), and the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) TPCP Work Group.

Darla serves on the Board of Directors for the American Public Gas Association (APGA). Some of her duties in APGA include serving as Vice-Chair of the Associates Committee, Second Vice-Chair of the Marketing and Sales Committee, Task Force Chairman for the Marketing and Sales Conference, Conference Chair for the 2007 Natural Gas College Week and Committee member for the Natural Gas Calendar Committee and Marketing Center.

Darla also chairs the Marketing and Communications committee for the Texas Gas Association (TGA). In 2006 and 2007, she received a Service Award for her contribution to TGA.
