Arthur C. Corbin

Arthur Corbin is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia. He joined the Gas Authority in 1988 as Director, Gas Operations, was promoted to Vice President, Rates & Gas Supply in 1989 and was named to his current post in August 1994. The Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia (the Gas Authority) is the largest non-profit natural gas joint action agency in the United States, serving 71 Member cities in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. These Member cities serve the gas needs of more than 200,000 customers.

Before joining the Gas Authority, Arthur compiled over 7 years experience in the natural gas industry with El Paso Natural Gas Company in the areas of Marketing, Planning and Gas Accounting. The last two years he was Manager, Market Analysis. Arthur is active in various trade and industry organizations and currently serves as a director of the Southern Gas Association.

Arthur received a BBA in Accounting and MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso. Arthur is married to Theresa and has three children, Ryan, Kristin and Katelyn.
