Matt Ballard

Matt Ballard is the General Manager of the Sevier County Utility District working out of Sevierville, Tennessee. He has held this position since 2000, having worked up to it from Administrative Assistant starting in 1996. Previously, he was the Assistant County executive of Sevier County.

He earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee in 1992. He lives with his wife Michele, a teacher, and their two daughters Jordan and Reid.
